Champagne region shifts

I was listening to the radio the other day in the car, and producers from the champagne region are starting to buy up land in the UK, as the climate shifts, its becoming freasible in the next 50 years they will be be able to produce the correct sort of grape to create decent champagne and as land prices are so much cheaper we are seeing the start of a large influx of buyers - bring it on I say!
