Hello! I just joined this forum because it looked interesting. I am interested in contributing to this forum through offering various cooking tips and recipes as well as getting to know other's likes and dislikes as well as ideas.

I am from Chicago, Illinois. I own a small publishing business that I do on the side as well as working in a recreationall setting with kids who have various disabilities. My philosophy is you should like what you do, otherwise, it is time to change your profession. I for one, love what I do! There is never a dull day when I can bring some sunshine into someone else's day.
