Berno is on a distinguished road
Default 2005 Taylor Fladgate Vargellas

Tasted after popped and tasted three days later.

Opaque glass staining purple color. Initially when popped, it smelled like raisins soaking in good scotch. After three days, Creme de Cassis, mint, earth and some heat. Very nice sweetness and acidity. Very spicy and a long raisiny finish as well. I'm guessing it's going to shut down even more so. B/B+ at this point. In 25 years, who knows?
