Looking over Budman's cellar, I have decided to try a vertical from 1998 to 2005 of Quilceda Creek. :)

Here is what I plan on trying for the tasting April 5th.

2005 Montebuena Rioja $10.99
2004 Montebuena Rioja $12.99

I'm looking forward to this tasting. I will try to get a few freinds over to help me with these two bottles and post their notes also.

Well, I WILL be at Bud's on the 5th...

But don't want to drink that much QC in one night in addition to all of the other wines that will be had.

I see a bunch!

Although when Crafty and I were talking, we don't want you to go too crazy on the number of bottles that you're opening...

Which Kistlers are you bringing? I might be able to spring for a different vintage of one.

I am going to try and do the same and get some friends to join us and ask them to post notes as well. We will probably be tasting about 6:00pm SoCal time. Looking forward to it!!

1993 Dutton Ranch
1999 Hudson Vineyard - although I gave Robert a bottle of the 1999 Durrell Vineyard today that he opened for a dinner (as part of a trade) that was partially oxidized/over the hill. Combine that with my last experience with the Hudson, I might have 6 bottles of over the hill 1999 Kistlers! Lets hope not!
